Since 2011, hundreds of people over the age of 50 across Melbourne, continue to get stronger, fitter, and more balanced in our specialist groups.

Our 50+ group programs are unique to Health in Balance at Caulfield South. Unlike fitness centres and personal training, our groups have a maximum of 5 clients, ensuring you’re safe and actually getting the benefits of your exercise program.
Your exercise program may involve a mix of aerobic exercise on treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, strength and resistance training using weights, balance exercises, flexibility, and rehabilitation. The exercises we prescribe for you are completely determined by your physical capacity, and your personal health goals.
