Banded Pull Apart


The banded pull apart is a great exercise for improving your thoracic posture and strengthening the muscles of your upper back.

To complete the exercise, take the band with an overhand grip. Then raise it to shoulder level, and pull the band apart until the band reaches your chest. Return back to the starting point. This is an exercise you can do two times a day for 10 reps. Things you want to avoid: make sure you don't collapse your posture - stay nice and tall whilst you complete the movement.
