Shoulder External Rotation

The shoulder external rotation is one of the best exercises for strengthening your rotator cuff muscles, as well as improving overall shoulder strength and postural stability. Building strength in your rotator cuff muscles is essential in improving many painful shoulder conditions.

To perform the exercise, hold the exercise band with your palms facing up, your elbows tucked in by your sides. From here, we squeeze your shoulder blades and pull your hands apart, making sure that your elbows do not lift off, your wrists stay nice and strong, and we maintain good posture.
